1.) Make a draft
2.) pm a draft to a mod / Admin
3.) The mod / admin will pm back and tell what should be changed, or will tell that it is approved.
4.) make the topic
5.) Tell who has approved the topic.

And then start your shop business. When you don't follow these rules, your shop will get deleted.
